Normally, we take 3-4 weeks to ship from the day we receive your final measurement. International shipping takes around 7-10 working days. Pictures shown are for reference purpose only and warranty of the product is not available unless specified. A variation in shade is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different lights. We do not facilitate any refunds as the dresses are custom made as per your measurements. Color alteration, design conversion, additional border or embellishments are provided with an additional charge. IT IS OUR PRIVILEGE TO HAVE YOU AS A CUSTOMER.
