Shama’s Collection began with a simple love for fabric, design, and the magic of transformation.

Long before it became a brand, it was a passion. At the age of just 15, I found myself fascinated by how a simple piece of fabric could be turned into something extraordinary. I would design outfits for family members, constantly experimenting with silhouettes, embroidery, and drapes — always asking myself one question:

How can this become couture?

Even after completing my professional degree in ACCA, my heart always gravitated back to clothing, design, and craftsmanship. Fashion wasn’t just an interest — it was something I naturally lived and breathed.

The real beginning of Shama’s Collection happened when a close family member had to attend a big fat Indian wedding and wanted something exclusive to wear. She trusted me to design two outfits for the occasion. What started as a small experiment quickly turned into something much bigger.

Those two outfits opened the door to something I never expected.

Soon, brides and wedding guests began reaching out — not just locally, but from across the globe — asking if I could recreate their dream Bollywood looks or design outfits inspired by movie scenes, celebrity appearances, or reference photos.

And that is how Shama’s Collection was born in 2013.

Today, from our workshops in Ahmedabad, India, we create premium Bollywood-inspired outfits for clients worldwide. Every piece is handcrafted using high-quality pure fabrics, intricate hand embroidery, and custom tailoring designed specifically for your measurements.

You send us a picture, a movie clip, or simply describe the outfit you dream of — and we bring it to life. Every outfit is fully customized, and our artisans dedicate 4-6 weeks to carefully crafting each piece to ensure the design, fit, and detailing meet our highest standards.

Throughout the process, we stay closely connected with our clients, sharing updates and ensuring that the final outfit reflects exactly what they envisioned.
