Returns & Exchange

At Shama’s Collection, every outfit is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for you. Because each piece is created according to the client’s measurements, design specifications, and fabric selections, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Custom-Made Orders

All outfits are made-to-order and tailored to the measurements provided by the client. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, the materials are cut and the embroidery work is initiated specifically for that garment.

For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • We do not provide refunds for custom orders

Measurement Responsibility

We provide:

  • A standard measurement chart

  • Outfit-specific measurement forms when required

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. If measurements submitted are incorrect, Shama’s Collection cannot be held responsible for fitting issues.

If you are unsure about measurements, we strongly recommend consulting a local tailor before submitting them.

Design Approval

Many of our outfits are Bollywood-inspired recreations or custom design adaptations. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the design details before confirming the order.

Once the design and order are approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.

Minor Alterations

Since the outfits are tailored to your measurements, they are designed to fit as closely as possible. However, minor alterations such as slight adjustments to length or fit can be easily done by a local tailor if needed, as we have enough margins in each outfit we create.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive:

  • A damaged item, or

  • The wrong outfit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
