Normally, we take 3-4 weeks to ship from the day we receive your final measurements. International shipping takes around 4-7 business days. Pictures shown are for reference purposes only, and the warranty of the product is not available unless specified. A variation in shade is considered normal practice as these garments tend to reflect different shades of color under different lights. We do not facilitate any refunds as the dresses are custom-made as per your measurements.
